Email support@navis-bio.com. Please include the email address you sign in with, the AI assistant you use (for example ChatGPT), roughly when the problem happened, and what you saw.

Sign-in

• The code did not arrive. Check your spam folder. Then restart the connection from your AI assistant to request a new code.
• "Too many attempts". Sign-in requests are rate limited per email address and per network. Wait a minute and try again.
• "Session expired". The sign-in form is valid for 15 minutes after a code is sent. Start the connection again.
• "Access revoked" or "Access not enabled". Email us from the address you signed in with.

Wrong or missing data

Tell us which record (the name and the id the assistant showed), which field looks wrong, and your source. Reports are reviewed by a person, and an accepted correction appears after a later data update, not immediately.
